Custodian - Malace HR

MalaceHR is seeking janitorial cleaners for an auto-manufacturing site in Concord, NC! The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation. This position is offering a starting rate of $16.00 per hour

5p-10-p, M-F

$16/hour

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement
• Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others

While janitorial is a good part of the services we offer, we also handle various other tasks. Task include, but are not limited to:

1. Removing and Bailing Cardboard
2. Moving, breaking down and stacking Pallets
3. Putting Large Garbage bags into machine
4. Floor cleaning
5. Fork truck operation
6. Etc.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, custodian, office cleaning housekeeping or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must have reliable transportation
