The pay for this position is $17.00-$18.00/hour.

+ Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must have a proactive safety approach to perform job duties
• Must be able to multitask and work independently
• Must be able to drive a manual and automatic transmission vehicles

+ Key Responsibilities

• Clean and vacuum building and car floors
• Complete jobs interior and exterior using various cleaning solvents
  
• Maintain janitorial closets in a clean, organized and safe manner
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment when necessary
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to ensure completion of desired services

Hours of work

• Full time: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm (hours may vary)
• 40 hours (exempt)
  

Overtime expectations

• Overtime is not required but is regularly available and much appreciated. Any employee can request extra hours, regardless of seniority
