Custodian - 2nd Shift - Morgan Olson

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, break areas, offices, conference rooms, hallways, stairways, elevator, lobbies, locker rooms, drinking fountains etc., as required.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstery, furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaner.
• Dusts furniture, wood molding and office equipment and empties trash receptacles.
• Performs minor repairs as required.
• Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors, using brooms and mops or powered scrubbing and buffing machines.
• Polishes metalwork such as bathroom fixtures and fittings.
• Washes windows, door panels and sills and clean filters in ceiling vents.
• Transports trash and recyclables to collection sites
• Replenishes supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.) and replaces light bulbs.
• Performs snow removal duties as required.
• Supports and participates in Morgan Olson's PPS team efforts.
• Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.
• Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Considerable walking, bending and twisting. With minimal lifting (except during times of snow removal) of items weighing less than 20 lbs.
• High School Education or GED
• Flexible work hours
• Excellent Attendance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess valid Driver's license and vehicle for transportation to and from work sites.
