2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, break areas, offices, conference rooms, hallways, stairways, elevator, lobbies, locker rooms, drinking fountains etc., as required.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstery, furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaner.
- Dusts furniture, wood molding and office equipment and empties trash receptacles.
- Performs minor repairs as required.
- Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors, using brooms and mops or powered scrubbing and buffing machines.
- Polishes metalwork such as bathroom fixtures and fittings.
- Washes windows, door panels and sills and clean filters in ceiling vents.
- Transports trash and recyclables to collection sites
- Replenishes supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.) and replaces light bulbs.
- Performs snow removal duties as required.
- Supports and participates in Morgan Olson's PPS team efforts.
- Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Considerable walking, bending and twisting. With minimal lifting (except during times of snow removal) of items weighing less than 20 lbs.
- High School Education or GED
- Flexible work hours
- Excellent Attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess valid Driver's license and vehicle for transportation to and from work sites.
