Custodial Lead - Dayton / Greater Cincinnati Area - TDG Facilities, LLC

TDG Facilities, LLC is looking for a CUSTODIAL LEAD in the DAYTON / GREATER CINCINNATI REGION to support multiple locations in the Greater Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of custodians, and will be able to provide quality assurance oversight as well as supplemental support to the team. Qualified candidates will possess 3-5 years of custodial management experience, excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm. Weekdays (hours may vary)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support customer work order requests and manage a team of dedicated delivery staff
• Oversee team delivery tasks, provide quality oversight, and verify that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks including light plumbing, light electrical, general maintenance, etc.
• Experience in Commercial Facility Cleaning Service preferred
• Support day to day cleaning tasks and services
• Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
• Maintain site supplies inventory
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Use computer to modify and monitor work order management system
• Work with the operations manager to maintain the facility within the approved budgets
• Ability to travel to multiple sites throughout the day in a company provided vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong aptitude for problem solving / customer service
• Experience with facilities cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Good leadership skills and the ability to facilitate a positive teamwork atmosphere
• Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of people
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
