ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS OF WORKING WITH NORTHERN STARS FINANCIAL

Unlimited Commission Earnings.This is a commission-only position, offering the ability for unlimited earnings. Compensation is based entirely on performance.

Lifetime-Vested Renewal Commissions. Once you've been with our agency for 2 years, if you ever transition to a different career, you will get paid renewal commissions on your entire book of business for as long as your clients retain their coverage.

Leadership Promotions Based on Performance. From training new agents, to leading local sales teams, or overseeing regional or national sales teams, or owning your own agency, all promotions are objective and based purely on performance, not time or tenure.

On-The-Job Training with Top Producers. We believe in leadership by example, hence why our training program is built on you having the opportunity to shadow top performers in-the-field as well as having them shadow you.

Regular 1:1 Mentorship. Everyone does better when they have dialed-in goals and great leaders who are invested in their success, hence why we have a regular cadence of goal setting, goal reviews, and 1:1 coaching.
