Curbside Food Order Attendant - Greensboro Country Club

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Curbside Food Order Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will provide our members with excellent customer service by assisting them with their curbside orders, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from order placement to food delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with their curbside orders.
• Confirm order details and ensure accuracy before food is delivered to members vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized curbside area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff/food runner to coordinate order preparation and timing.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
