Description:
- Primary interface to our growing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and affinity groups.
- Assist with I&B budget administration and tracking processes in partnership with finance to ensure funding management.
- Leverages opportunities for collaborations with our Global ERG leaders to help influence the value and reach of our programs.
- Work closely with our internal stakeholders; Airbus employees, HR Business Partners, and Managers to ensure visibility, alignment, and impact of our C&E portfolio.
- Partner and support strategies on inclusive recruitment practices, in collaboration with the ERGs, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Development teams with the objective of achieving our recruitment goals.
- Assist in the maturing of our ERGs, through the identification of internal and external learning opportunities as well as best practice identification and implementation.
- Assist with communications by producing graphic design deliverables in the form of: Google Slide presentations, infographics, and marketing materials.
- In partnership with Leadership University, supports curriculum development for inclusion and belonging learning.
- Organize, manage, and deploy initiatives including; various employee listening programs, and business inclusion champions.
- Capture and analyze data analytics to determine impact and help drive future program development.
- Identifies and recommends program improvement opportunities related to our culture and inclusion program portfolio.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in culture and engagement programs.
- Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify trends and patterns for data analysis.
- Data Analytics.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to excel in a complex, matrix organization.
- Demonstrated ability to take ideas and concepts and turn them into a reality.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Written, presentation, and oral communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, as well as effective result-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Aerospace.
- Experience working in a multi-functional international environment.
- Experience in budget management and tracking is highly preferred.
