Culture and Engagement Manager (Contract)
We are seeking a Culture and Engagement Manager to join our Culture and Engagement team on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for managing, communicating, and deploying programs and initiatives within the Culture and Engagement (C&E) portfolio, which includes strategies impacting culture, attraction, retention, and engagement for approximately 8,000 employees. The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to integrate efforts with related initiatives, enhancing our culture of belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
Inclusion and Belonging (55%)
- Serve as the primary interface for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and affinity groups.
- Administer and track Inclusion and Belonging budgets in partnership with the finance team.
- Collaborate with global ERG leaders to expand the reach and value of programs.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees to align and promote C&E initiatives.
- Support inclusive recruitment practices in collaboration with ERGs, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Development.
- Identify learning opportunities and implement best practices to enhance ERG maturity.
- Create graphic design materials, including presentations, infographics, and marketing content.
- Partner with Leadership University to develop inclusion and belonging curriculum.
Culture and Engagement Strategy (40%)
- Organize, manage, and deploy initiatives like employee listening programs and business inclusion champions.
- Analyze data to assess program impact and drive future development.
- Identify opportunities to improve culture and inclusion programs.
Other Duties (5%)
- Support additional tasks as needed.
Required:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in culture and engagement programs.
- Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management.
- Experience with data analysis and identifying trends to guide decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ideas into actionable initiatives.
- Fluent in English, with strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience working in international, multi-functional environments.
- Budget management and tracking experience.
