Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Cultivation Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing cultivation tasks according to our operating procedures. This includes all aspects of the cannabis production cycle, such as cloning, plant care, harvesting, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivation: Perform tasks such as cloning, transplanting, pruning, watering, and monitoring plant health during vegetative and flowering phases.
• Harvesting: Assist in cutting plants, trimming, weighing, and entering inventory data into our tracking system.
• Monitoring: Ensure plants are growing under optimal conditions, including pest and disease control, and address any quality concerns.
• Facility Maintenance: Operate and maintain cultivation systems (lighting, irrigation, climate control), and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean and sanitized.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in cannabis or agriculture is preferred but not required.
• Working Conditions
• Exposure to bright lights, moderate heat and humidity, and background noise from environmental systems.
• Frequent use of tools and equipment, with occasional heavy lifting.
• Regular cleaning and handling of cultivation supplies and materials.
