We have an opening for a Chick-fil-A Shift Lead position. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing. Requirements:
- You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be at least 18 years old
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Be available to work any time including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests
- Have at least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Sense of Urgency that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service
- Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
- Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
- Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen
- Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all CulinaryTeam Members
- Work a maximum of up to forty hours per week in the restaurant
- Effectively coach and give direction
- Ensures all restaurant policies and procedures are being followed by team members and leadership while providing a positive, encouraging environment.
