Internship Details

Our internship is a rotational experience where the Intern will work as a full-time member of the Culinary team in key areas of the Club:

• Banquets and Events
• Member Dining including formal, casual, and pool dining
• The Golf Patio, alongside on-course food and beverage amenities

The experience will also include personalized 1-on-1 meetings with Executive Chef and Assistant General Manager, finance review sessions, "shadow day" with Leader of your choice, special projects including menu development, attendance in club wide, Leadership meetings, Leadership training, events and activities, resume review and interview preparation, and more!

Education & Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Culinary program
• Passionate, professional, Hardworking, trustworthy, and highly motivated
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Team and Member experience-oriented
• Ability to work calmly, in a fast-paced environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Previous culinary experience preferred
