Summary:
A leading culinary equipment manufacturer is hiring for a Culinary & Hospitality Coordinator at their location in New Port Richet, FL. The Coordinator will manage visitor bookings of kitchen culinary spaces and calendar room blocks, manage utility and outside staffing services, culinary logistics which may include ordering, shipping, and receiving, financial allocations, trade show/training event organization as well as the organization and execution of culinary demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Visitor Requests and room bookings through proper form submissions, block and manage calendar, setup and break down rooms for each event, restock and maintain beverage and snack areas, process meal orders and general event execution.
- Product Procurement/Storage/Inventory Maintenance.
- Preparation and execution of culinary product demonstrations.
- Creating and submitting check requests for invoices received, creating, and submitting POs for products requested from outside suppliers.
- Package delivery tracking/shipping and receiving documentation of equipment and food.
- Supports and liaises with all executive administration assistants and sales support teams for functional front of house logistics
Must Haves:
- Culinary industry background or interest in the culinary industry
- 3+ years experience in a administrative/coordinator role
- Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day and lift up to 50lbs
