During service, whether you're serving in the dining hall or preparing orders for delivery, you take pride in portioning accurately, maintaining ideal temperatures, and presenting each dish with an artistic touch. Every meal is an opportunity to delight and nourish our guests.

You ensure accurate record-keeping in our kitchen by using established ticket collection procedures throughout the day. By maintaining precise records of your activities during service periods, you contribute to the efficiency of our cooking operations. After each meal service, you focus on maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. From cleaning the kitchen and wiping down countertops to scrubbing cooking utensils, you leave no corner untouched. You handle excess food with the utmost care, following safe food-handling procedures for proper storage or disposal.
