+ Collaborates with the School of Medicine and DFM education leaders to ensure mutually beneficial integration of educational needs and clinic operations.

+ Develops, implements, and evaluates the strategy for quality improvement.
Human Resources
+ Works with the DFM HR and Clinical Affairs Team to recruit new faculty.
+ Leads the OPPE process for clinicians with UCHA privileges.
+ Provides new faculty orientation and mentorship in conjunction with Department HR, the SOM, CU Medicine, and Epic.
+ Develops plans for and assures compliance with advanced practice provider supervision.
+ Provides supervision for faculty in the clinic, providing feedback and/or participating in Performance Improvement Plans in collaboration with DFM on issues that have escalated.
+ Conducts annual reviews in conjunction with department processes.
Financial
+ Supports DFM goals for productivity, hours, and revenue.
+ Assures stewardship of additional clinic funding, i.e., RAE, Primary Care 1 st .
+ Reviews the clinic's financial status in coordination with CU Medicine and the DFM.
