CTO/Head of Product at Marcum Search

CBIZ's Talent Advisory group has an immediate opening for a Product Executive to architect future product offerings and drive the future development of our client's network optimization and monitoring products and solutions. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader to drive technological innovation while navigating the limitless possibilities of the industry's next evolution who has experience with hardware for printed circuit board (pcb) design and embedded software for delivery in a hardware application.

This position can sit in either the Plano TX or Portland Oregon regional office, and will require occasional travel to other locations, vendors, customers and trade shows.

The Product executive will be responsible for:

Work with the CEO to build out a successful roadmap for the future of the products and services offered

• Research industry trends, attend trade shows and use customer feedback to define new features and services
• Own the new features process from concept to design to final preparation for manufacturing.
• Identify and mitigate risk factors related to market changes or supply chain issues
• Work closely with and help to build out research and engineering teams
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, strategic partners, and other industry organizations
• Assess and prioritize technology investments to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Candidates must have:

• In depth knowledge of networking hardware and software products and services
• At least 10 years in a senior leadership role driving technology innovation
• Extensive experience in leading technology teams and managing large-scale technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic technology planning and execution.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing new technologies.
