CT Technologist - OSF HealthCare

Expected pay for this position is $32.87 - $43.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist provides patient centered service as an imaging technologist in Computed Tomography. Under the direction of the radiologist, the CT Technologist performs CT exams and procedures at a technical level. The CT Technologist administers ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality while abiding by ALARA guidelines and meeting all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of AMA-approved school in Radiography

- Actively licensed by IEMA

- Current active ARRT(R)

- Current certification by American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS CPR or approved equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- One year of Xray, CT or MRI experience

- Current active ARRT(R) (CT) certification
