Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate CT Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by performing a variety of complex diagnostic procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a schedule of Rotating 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- A valid certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with a specialty in Computed Tomography (CT).
- Proficiency in using modern CT equipment and software, with a strong understanding of CT procedures and protocols.
- Excellent patient care skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetic with patients.
- 1 year experience preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
- Performing high-quality CT scans in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures, providing clear instructions, and responding to their needs.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, including diagnostic information and relevant medical history.
- Collaborating with radiologists to evaluate images and determine the need for additional scans.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new protocols and procedures to improve patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Maintaining and operating CT equipment, performing quality control checks, and reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Participating in continuous education and training programs to stay up to date with the latest advancements in CT technology.
