Experience:
- Must have Home Health experience
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must have a current and unencumbered license to practice as a PT in the State of CT
- Must have a valid Driver's license
Shift: Mon-Fri, Days; 30-Day Notice; coverage area in Wallingford, CT
COVID-19: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
Note: Mileage is reimbursed at 0.36 cents per mile. Guarantee hours waived if 26 visits minimum is not met.
