We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CT-MRI Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the CT-MRI department. This role is not just about operating CT and MRI machines, but also about ensuring that the department runs smoothly and efficiently. The Permanent CT-MRI Tech Lead will be the go-to person for all matters related to CT and MRI technology, including troubleshooting, maintenance, training, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the CT and MRI department, ensuring smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.
Operate CT and MRI equipment, performing procedures as necessary.
Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest CT and MRI technology and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the CT and MRI equipment, coordinating with maintenance and repair services as necessary.
Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in CT and MRI technology.
Perform quality control checks on the CT and MRI equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
Assist in the preparation and administration of contrast media to patients.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in CT and MRI technology.
Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
IV Certification obtained within first 6 months of starting.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong technical skills, with proficiency in operating CT and MRI equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of safety and health regulations in a medical setting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care.
Ability to handle stressful situations and high-pressure environments with professionalism and composure.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
