Position: CSR Specialist/Receptionist

Location: Washington D.C.(On-site)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CSR Specialist/Receptionist to join our team in our Washington D.C. store. As a CSR Specialist/Receptionist at WHIZZ, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized appearance
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

• Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
