We Offer:

Great pay based on experience $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Work in the office, Monday through Friday, 25 hours a week, Full Time.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers, clients, and vendors.
Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service.
Answer front desk phone calls and dispatching calls for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general constructions.
Communicate with Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC Technicians, and other departments via email, text message, and phone.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, clients, vendors,and sub-contractors as necessary.
Order residential appliances and schedule calls.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Must have a positive and upbeat attitude.
Help with projects as needed.
Other assigned duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

Previous Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC customer relations experience.
Receptionist and Dispatching experience.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-volume call office environment.
Self-motivated, Go-getter, and good organization skills.
Proficient with computer programs (Office applications).
Microsoft Office: 5 years.
Ability to handle pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must speak, read, and write properly in English.

Qualifications:

College degree or 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
Customer Service: 2 - 5 years' experience.
Type a minimum of 80 WPM (Preferred)
