CSR/Job Coach for Adults with Developmental Disabilities - Clear Choice Staffing

The position is a PART-TIME CSR/Job Coach. You will be assisting the supervisor with office administrative duties answering phone calls, and checking routes for the Job coaches that are out in the field. Helping and guiding them when help is needed and will be out in the field when a Job coach is absent. You would be picking up /transporting Adults and taking them to community areas such as the library, a park, an exercise place, or a class. During this time with them, you are the supervisor and advocate.

We are looking for individuals that can be available Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm shift. for the areas of Riverside, Hemet, San Jacinto, and Moreno Valley. You would drive from the Riverside area to Moreno Valley, Hemet if needed to cover for Job coaches. Mileage is paid during working hours.

The skills and qualifications for this position include but not limited to:

Customer Service duties answering phone calls, computer skills, being organized, and prioritizing duties.

1. Desire to help Adults who are learning challenged with encouragement, respect, and overall engagement with them on a one-to-one basis. On-the-job training on the duties will be provided.

2. Great communication skills to understand the limitations of certain individuals and creative ways to work with them.

3. Previous experience working or interacting with adults with learning challenges which could be family member experience as well.

Must have a valid California Drivers License in good standing. Able to have a clear criminal background and drug screen in accordance with California Employment Law.

Must be over 21 years old and able to get a CPR/First Aid Cert, and TB clearance.
