We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced CSR/Dispatcher for a permanent position within our thriving construction company. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our services, ensuring that our HVAC technicians are dispatched efficiently, and our clients receive exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, coordinating schedules, responding to service calls, and ensuring that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled effectively and promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming service calls, providing professional and courteous customer service at all times.
- Efficiently dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites based on the urgency of service calls, technician availability, and location.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service calls, dispatch information, and technician schedules using Microsoft Office.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members to ensure that all parties are informed of job details, changes, and updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute to the company's overall success.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher, preferably within the construction or HVAC industry.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Proven experience in dispatching HVAC technicians and managing service calls.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong detail-oriented skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to use the software for scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively and promptly.
