As a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR), you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer care to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and communicate with teammates.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. Because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, you are never bored! - Completed high school education or equivalent
- Current driver's license
