As for your schedule, you're usually in our office from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Are you communicative and great with speaking over the phone? Do you take pride in your work and give your best every day? If YES, we want you as our CSR - Customer Service Rep!

You let your clerical skills and customer service know-how shine, skillfully managing our phone lines and responding to website requests to assist customers and keep our schedule full. Committed to doing your best, you speak with customers, ask about their electrical needs, and determine what we can do for them. You remain organized as you schedule appointments and effectively dispatch electricians to jobs. With a cheerful demeanor, you support our clients however you can and make a lasting positive impression of our office. Your efforts help turn first-time clients into loyal customers!
