The Short: 1 CRNA | Long Term | 1099 | $250/hr | West Point, NY.

The Long: I posted about 4 months ago for some W2 spots at Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH), West Point, NY.

A change: There is now an option for one (1) 1099 CRNA to come aboard!

LOCATION: Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH), West Point, NY

DURATION: The Current awarded contract is for 5 years (it’s been around forever)

COMPENSATION:

• $250/hr, 1099, all-inclusive
• On-Call: Flat Fee per night during the week (4 pm-7 am) $300
• On-Call: Flat Fee per 24 hour Sat/Sun Weekend shift: $600

• Four (4) 10s per week
• 30-minute call-back time when on-call
• Call-back averages around 10-15%
• Call is approx. 1:4

• Any State License
• Government not accepting new grads
• Independent
• Strong regional skills

• CRNA-only department
• 2 rooms, with endoscopy support depending on staffing 1-2 days per week.
• B&B cases
• Around 70% of what they do is sports medicine related, so lots of regional
• Healthy population
• Currently no OB due to lack of staffing, but may change
