Day shift. **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** Perioperative Anesthetic Management + Promotes positive, respectful interpersonal relationships while communicating effectively with patients and their family, and acts as a patient advocate through the perioperative period. + Acts with general clinical independence and decision-making responsibility in concert with the attending anesthesiologist's guidance and supervision in accordance with the Department of Anesthesiology guidelines. + Conducts a complete and accurate preoperative patient evaluation to include appropriate pre-anesthetic counseling and obtaining verbal consent. + No weekends, holidays, nights or call + flexible scheduling + case variety, complex patients + 8's 10's 12's and 13, hour shifts **REQUIREMENTS** Requires completion of a CRNA educational program and national certification. **LEGAL REQUIREMENTS** Requires Washington State RN and ARNP licensure. **A higher degree of healthcare.** **ABOUT UW MEDICINE - A HIGHER DEGREE OF HEALTHCARE** UW Medicine is Washington's only health system that includes a top-rated medical school and an internationally recognized research center.
