Locum Tenens CRNA Opportunity near Gladstone, IL (j-196748) Seeking Experienced CRNAs for Locum Tenens Coverage (ASAP - Ongoing) Are you a highly motivated and experienced CRNA seeking a locum tenens opportunity in a dynamic healthcare setting near Gladstone, IL? We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team and provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties. About the Opportunity: Flexible Schedule: This locum tenens position offers both day and evening shift options, with hours ranging from 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am. Diverse Case Mix: Gain experience in a wide range of surgical cases, including pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, plastics, podiatry, cardiac, vascular surgery, pain management, and gynecology. Collaboration and Support: Work within a supportive medical supervision model alongside a team of 13 experienced CRNAs in a 4-OR facility with dedicated endoscopy and cardiovascular rooms. Perform spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidural procedures with proficiency. Maintain accurate case logs and documentation. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in anesthesia practices and patient care. Qualifications: Current national certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Active Illinois state licensure. Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Minimum two years of experience in a hospital setting providing anesthesia services. Proficient in performing spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidural procedures. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Must be able to meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements (religious and medical exemptions may be considered).
