Job Description:
Self-scheduling, 8-hr or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time as W ***/hospital-employed or 1099
BVHS Video
Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center or a combination of locations
Option to choose variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
Opportunities for overtime if desired
Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
Care team model, equitable call schedule
Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases
Welcoming new grads and experienced providers
Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
These are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.

- Hourly Base Rate ***/hr
- Regional Blocks Stipend +***/hr

CRNA Compensation - Full-Time Hospital-Employed:
- Base Compensation ***k-260k (based on experience)
