CRM Techno-Functional Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers and identifying business opportunities.
Present and pitch CRM solutions to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and solutions that align with client requirements.
Support sales executives with sales pitches, handling technical presentations, and addressing customer queries.
Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from customers.
Identify technical requirements and ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and business objectives.
Assist in project execution as a Solution Architect once projects are initiated, providing technical guidance and oversight.

Skills Experience:
Strong techno-functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE.
Proven presales experience in CRM solutions with strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.
Experience in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and cost estimates.
&
This role combines sales, technical knowledge, and client-facing communication, with a focus on MS CRM/CE solutions.
