Job Title: CRM Support & Systems Administrator
Location: NYC
Duration: Contract 3-6+ months
Job Summary:
Oversight of out CRM contact and data management application (MARS) and provide sales related reporting (e.g. call metrics and territory analytics). Maintain data integrity in CRM application and provide support to our marketing and retail sales teams inquiries. Assist and support the CRM project team on requirements for the implementation and migration to a new CRM application.
Responsibilities include the following:
Reporting
Responsible for supporting reporting requirements for marketing and retail sales
Produces CRM dashboards and reports; ensures that information necessary to manage sales strategies for each channel is available, properly distributed and utilized
Responsible for the capture, analysis, and dissemination of sales campaigns
Data Management
Assist with third party vendors to manage CRM integration with transfer agents, intermediaries, external fulfillment house and email campaign systems
Work with CRM vendor Data Management Services to ensure data integrity of sales data in CRM
Ensure daily file loads in CRM have been processed and loaded
Assist in confirming new setup of reps and firms in CRM
Manage inquiries from sales desk
Project Management
Provide assistance in project requirements; business requirements documentation
Review and document existing processes to enable seamless transition
Minimum Requirements
Experience with a retail sales CRM and CRM database administration a must, i.e. SaleForce, Microsoft Dynamic, SalesFocus, etc.
Working knowledge MARS SaleFocus Solution application would be ideal
Knowledge of mutual fund sub accounting data files (OmniServ, SurPas) omnibus reconciliation.
Proven track record of managing projects and operations of a moderate complex nature.
Technical Skills: data management and governance experience and knowledge especially with sales and client data preferred.
Excellent excel spreadsheet skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well within all levels of an organization
Experience with SAS or other statistical programs.
Knowledge and familiarity with some or all of the following industry software and tools for sales data:
AccessData Market Intelligence, Market Metrics, Coates Analytics, Meridian IQ, CRMs and ExactTarget
