About the Job
Squarespace is looking for a passionate CRM Managerto develop and maintain CRM campaign strategy for our suite of SAAS products.You will take a data informed approach to customer targeting and campaign performance.
You will support product expansion into new markets and verticals.
You will be part of a results focussed team aimed at expanding CRM contribution to subscription and revenue growth.You will work hybrid from our New York headquarters and report to the Global Head of CRM.You'll Get To...Work with PMM partners to identify key moments in the customer journey to effectively leverage CRM channels (email, IPM, mobile) and influence behaviorSupport the Product Team by developing campaigns, triggered flows, and promotions that deliver against revenue, conversion, engagement and retention goalsIntake campaign requests from business partners.
