CRM Manager - Aquinas Consulting

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a hybrid setting CRM Engineer job in New Haven, Ct. In this position you will be tasked to lead the strategic implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics across the enterprise. This role involves directing a cross-functional team, including engineers, business analysts, and project managers, through the requirements, design, development, and testing stages to deliver a seamless CRM solution. This role is also responsible for governance, configuration, and integration of the Dynamics platform, ensuring compliance and security.
CRM Engineer Job responsibilities:
•    Mentor and manage an elite IT team by providing training, guidance, and support. Focus on talent growth and resource management, ensuring alignment with company policies.
•    Manage the full lifecycle of CRM systems, ensuring integration, configuration, and maintenance for optimal performance and long-term sustainability.
•    Ensure seamless integration of CRM components into the IT architecture, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
•    Act as the primary contact for CRM-related issues, collaborating closely with business units.
•    Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, security and interface specifications.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business or equivalent experience.
•    5+ years of proven experience managing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform solution
•    5+ years of proven experience leading, coaching, developing and managing high-performing technology teams
•    Strong experience in functional & technical analysis/design with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Possesses a full range of application management, strategic management, business process improvement, financial management, strong leadership and influencing skills
•    6+ years CRM experience
