Job Summary:
As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Developer, you will be responsible for design-ing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions tailored to meet the organization's unique needs. Your primary focus will be on leveraging CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar tools to enhance customer interactions, streamline business processes, and drive sales and marketing efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, BC/ERP) solutions based on business requirements.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional specifications, translating them into technical designs.
· Customize and extend standard functionalities within Dynamics 365 using AL (Application Language)
· Implement and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using various integration tools and technologies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
· Manage and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring optimal performance, se-curity, and reliability.
· Create and maintain user accounts, roles, and security profiles within Dynamics 365.
· Configure forms, views, workflows, and dashboards to support business processes.
· Assist in the integration of Dynamics 365 with other business applications and systems.
· Collaborate with the business stakeholders to deploy and test customizations and extensions.
· Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Dynamics 365 applications.
· Monitor and manage data quality and integrity within Dynamics 365. Responsible for updating the system with the latest products, product details, pricing, and bundling
· Stay informed about updates, patches, and new features in Dynamics 365, evaluating their impact and recommending appropriate actions.
· Participate in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures.
· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and system performance goals are met.
· Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into system usage and performance.
· All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer and Administrator.
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, BC/ERP architecture and capabil-ities.
· Proficiency in AL, C/SIDE, and other relevant programming languages.
· Experience in Power Automate, Business Rules, Custom Workflow, Plugins, Form Cus-tomization, custom controls, XrmToolBox, JavaScript
· Experience with security management, user provisioning, and role-based access control in Dynamics 365.
· In-depth knowledge of customization, configuration, and administration of Dynamics 365.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Dynamics 365.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management best practices.
· Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
· Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and Azure services is advantageous.
