Critical Care Nurse Educator - Crozer Keystone Health System

Summary:

To work within the Crozer Health system-wide Nursing Education department to provide direct clinical support for nursing personnel in the following areas:

• Critical Care
• Surgical Services

In partnership with the Clinical Director(s), foster quality improvement and provide supervision and guidance to employees in the acquisition of knowledge and the performance of specific skills related to specialty area and to support the learning needs of the staff throughout all stages of their career.

Education: RN required. MSN required (or in-progress). Certification preferred.

Skills: clinical expertise, passion for teaching, problem-solver, mentor, knowledge of adult learning principles, ability to assess learning needs, exceptional communication skills, computer literacy, and leadership experience.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of specialty area experience.
