A Crisis Therapist is needed to join the Behavioral Health team in Curry County, OR. This full-time position offers a $5,000 signing bonus, up to $1,500 relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including 100% paid family medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, generous paid time off, and a 5% 401k employer contribution.

Primary Responsibilities:

Engage in crisis intervention and facilitate access to mental health treatment.

Provide therapeutic interventions and community resource access.

Conduct assessments, case management, and treatment services for adults and youth.

Maintain documentation and participate in professional development.

Oversee crisis QMHA staff and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in psychology, social work, or related field.

Experience in a mental health setting; licensed providers preferred.

Valid Oregon Drivers License and effective communication skills.
