- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 DOQ.
- Hours/Days: a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination, evaluation, and support for PTC’s Crisis Programs. They must work proactively daily to ensure the residential programs they oversee operate at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure.
- Directly supervises the operations of their locations; develops relationships, leads and trains staff, and ensures services are delivered to the high standards required by PTC and government laws.
- Ensure residential programs are compliant and meet licensing standards.
- Manage, train, serve, and support site supervisors.
- Assist with client direct care as needed.
- Maintain and perform audits.
- Conduct clear and thorough communication.
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Meets Designated Coordinator (DC) qualifications per 245D standard.
- Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
- Hold an acceptable driving record.
- Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Ability to cover shifts and be available by phone 24/7.
- Ability to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Human Services field. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other related work experience.
