We are looking for a skilled and compassionate attorney to join our team and help us fight for justice.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including felony and misdemeanor charges.
- Handle a diverse caseload involving personal injury claims, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases.
- Provide expert legal counsel and strategic defense strategies.
- Conduct legal research, prepare motions, and draft legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and advocate on their behalf.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Nevada
- At least 2 years of experience in criminal defense and personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of criminal law and the personal injury claims process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
- A passion for fighting for justice and protecting clients' rights.
Preferred:
- Trial experience in both criminal and personal injury cases.
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes in both areas of law.
