The Role
Reporting into store leadership, Crew Members are responsible for a variety of S.Vegan's restaurant operational tasks. As the first and sometimes the last point of contact for customers, Crew Members are responsible for providing the fast, friendly, and fun S.Vegan experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements
As a Crew member, you will be afforded the opportunity to learn many different positions within the restaurant. Some of those positions may include:
● Burger Assembly Line Positions
● Takeout Position
● Kitchen Position
● Food Prep
Previous experience working in a fast casual restaurant concept is a plus but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restroom, etc.
Basic math skills and the ability to operate POS systems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours, including nights and weekend shifts.
High energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment.

Prepares and ensures consistent, high-quality products are served to customers.
The ability to control and utilize equipment and machines safely and correctly.
Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
Follow S.Vegan's safety procedures.
ServSafe Certification a plus but not required.
The Crew Member role occasionally has physical requirements, which include but are not limited to standing for long periods; walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching with hands; boxes or food containers typically weighing 50 pounds or less, without restrictions.
Preferred Technical Skills: Knowledge of Restaurant 365, Jolt, Seven Shifts, Toast and Dolce
