Compensation and Benefits:
Hiring Salary Range: $40,609. - $42,233. Full Salary Range: $41,781.. - $61,458. Annually

About the Role:
As a Crew Member (Truck Driver), you will play a key role in the transportation and delivery of essential materials and equipment to job sites across the city.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Transporting materials such as dirt, sand, rock, gravel, and cold-mix to and from job sites.
- Safely operating various types of equipment and machinery, including backhoes, as needed.
- Removing and hauling excavated materials to the landfill and ensuring proper disposal.
- Loading and delivering safety equipment (e.g., shoring tubes, boxes, and shields) to job sites.
- Advising the Crew Supervisor on potential safety concerns and ensuring proper work zone safety practices.
- Participating in an "on-call" rotation schedule every 4 to 6 weeks and being available for overtime as needed.

- Experience operating a variety of equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Strong knowledge of work zone safety practices and equipment.
- Reliability and the ability to maintain consistent contact via home or cellular phone.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including being on-call and available for overtime.
