About the Role: As a Crew Member in the Specialized Park Services unit, you will:
- Install, maintain, and repair City-owned playground equipment.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections of playgrounds and parks.
- Deliver, set up, and take down portable stages for events.
- Assist with special event setups, including moving bleachers and installing barricades.
- Install and repair fences, replace worn sports and playground equipment, and move office furniture.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work outside in all weather conditions, including during inclement weather events.
- Be considered “Service Critical,” which may require assisting with storm damage cleanup and special events.
This job is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
