Under the general supervision, the Crew Member is responsible for assisting various tasks including the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the dining services operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Typical duties may include, general office, tutoring, washing dishes, wait tables, cashier, custodial, groundwork, and stocking.
• Provide a good balance of technical and people skills with the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
• Possess the ability to deliver a high level of interactive customer service, handle confidential materials appropriately, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be able to communicate regularly with direct supervisor all work status updates as well as task completions.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters,
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs
• Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers,
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.

• 15 or more months of job-related experience; previous food service experience
