Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking highly skilled and motivated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be trained to work in every position in the cafe, ensuring that each station operates to our high standards. Overview:
- Must have a customer service driven mindset and provide excellent guest service
- Must possess or be willing to obtain an SNHD food handlers card
- Follow proper procedures for food safety, preparation, and guest service
- Work well in a team-driven environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a food service role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must be legally eligible to work within State and Federal guidelines
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to continuously stand and walk throughout the duration of each shift
- Capable of bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable with constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Able to navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Working Conditions:
- Shifts typically range from six to eight hours
- Some early mornings, weekend, and holiday hours may be required
- Compliance with Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene policies

- Opportunity to earn tips averaging $2+ per hour in addition to your base hourly wage
