Position Overview

Qualifications

1 Previous food or customer service experience is an asset. PREFERRED

2 Flexible availability. REQUIRED

3 Must be at least 16 years of age and must be able and authorized to work in the United States. REQUIRED

4 Strong customer service skills – willing to go the extra mile to put a smile on every face. REQUIRED

5 Friendly, outgoing personality – you have to like working with and serving others. REQUIRED

6 Must be able to work, concentrate, multitask, and perform duties accurately with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment that may involve noise and hot/cold temperatures or other elements. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Position requires the use of a headset. Frequent lifting and carrying (up to 25-50 pounds, as necessary), reaching, pushing, pulling, bending kneeling, and stooping is involved. REQUIRED

7 Must be able and willing to keep stations and surrounding areas clean and abide by food safety procedures at all times. Must be able to complete other duties as assigned from time to time. REQUIRED

8 Must hold oneself to high personal appearance standards – wearing a uniform and all its essential components every shift worked is a requirement. REQUIRED
