Qualifications
- Customer service preferred but not required
- Cooking experience or the desire to learn to cook
- Hard-working team player with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand through duration of shift
- Be at least 16 years old
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests to provide a positive experience
- Understand food safety and help maintain a clean restaurant
- Communicate effectively with managers, fellow #wokstars, and customers
- Support customers with technology-kiosk & QR code table ordering
- Become familiar with building and cooking stir-fry meals while maintaining quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
- Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, signature sauces, and ability to describe a flavor profile
