DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
- Proficient in all areas of daily cafe operations including preparing food and smoothies, operating the register, following cleaning checklists, and monitoring inventory levels
- Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards
- Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Uses tools to monitor and achieve labor and inventory goals
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds to refill ice, restock shelves, and take out trash
- Follows all safety and security policies established by Tropical Smoothie Caf

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
- Basic computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
