Credit and Collections Specialist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients, utilizing your analytical skills to make informed decisions, and set appropriate credit limits.
• Implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances, maintaining a balance between customer retention and fiscal responsibility.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing clear communication regarding billing and payment matters.
• Identify potential credit risks and proactively work to mitigate them, utilizing your expertise to minimize bad debt exposure.
• Generate regular reports on credit and collection activities, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Credit and Collections Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in Manufacturing
• Strong verbal and written skills
