Credit and Collections Specialist - Nesco Resource, LLC

Temporary position to support the Collections Team and Cash Champions in the reduction of current AFDA and Disputed invoices mitigating any upcoming risk. Coordinate with the Operations Teams and the Billing/Collection Teams to achieve cash targets. Work key collection items directly by contacting internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
" AFDA reduction / Risk worked as a priority. Daily collaboration with the Collection / Billing / Operations teams to drive results.
" Analyze customer financials and speak with them directly to resolve any outstanding issues regarding past due invoices.
" Investigate disputed invoices with internal teams to drive resolution. Follow up accordingly with the customer to advise.
" Keep detailed notes in Financial System and records of all communications.
" Utilize proper escalation methods to help increase customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
" Work with the Regional Operations teams to reduce and monitor unbilled accounts.
