Key Responsibilities Credit & Collections Analyst:

• Communicate with account holders to request and pursue payment on delinquent accounts.
• Review and update account statuses in line with established guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations by analyzing reports, identifying liabilities, and advising management on strategies.
• Maintain logs of payment agreements and schedule follow-ups.
• Process credit applications and validate references.
• Monitor accounts receivable and cash receipt reports.
• Collaborate with the credit manager on credit requests exceeding guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For in the Credit & Collections Analyst:

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience (tax experience preferred).
