• Oversee and manage Barton's day-to-day receivables collection process
• Process credit applications
• Analyze credit information to determine risk
• Communicate credit analysis results to appropriate management
• Monitor client receivables balances
• Ensure payments are made according to contractual terms
• Identify accounts requiring collection agency or legal action
• Take necessary steps to act most effectively on delinquent accounts
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information, including: Credit Data, Status of pending payments, and account restrictions
• Ensure invoices are appropriately directed and received timely
• Resolve issues pertaining to outstanding balances
• Apply payments
• Process account adjustments, credit memos, and write-offs
• Review cash receipts applications
• Ensure client payments are properly applied
• Perform follow-up activities as necessary
